Cystic Acne on Chin: How I FINALLY Cleared My Chin (9 DAYS)

Mine was much worse than the girl in the photo.
I know how miserable cystic acne is.
The pimples are big, glowing red, and painful to the touch.
I used to wake up with AT LEAST 2 or 3 fresh ones almost every single morning (big ones).
It made me MISERABLE.
Thankfully I was able to clear myself about 8 months ago.
But it only took about 8 days for the majority to fade away - after having it for almost a full DECADE (since I was 13).
My new mission is to heal others with the same problem (as many as I possibly can).
So I'm sharing my story with whoever is willing to listen.
Alright let's get started,
I'm going to tell you how to clear 95% of your cystic acne on chin and/or mouth area within the next 7-9 days.
But you'll see a major difference within the first 12 hours without question.
First I'm going to tell you what's causing it.
Then I'm going to tell you how to get rid of it.
Then I'll tell you how to keep it gone forever.

How I Cleared My Cystic Acne on Chin?

The main key is antioxidants (which I will discuss in a second).
The other small part is ice cubes.
Yes. I said ice cubes.
What Do You Need to Do?
Take an ice cube and rub it around your chin slowly.
Do this for about 15-30 seconds in total.
Be sure to do this at least twice per day.
ESPECIALLY after taking a shower or sweating.
Doing this will instantly cool inflammation on the surface on the surface of your skin.
You should notice a difference within an hour or so.
Unfortunately though, ice can only make a 10% improvement in my opinion.
But that doesn't mean It shouldn't be used.
One thing I've learned from my experience is that you can't fight acne from the outside.
Especially cystic acne.

What Do I Mean by This?

By fighting acne with face washes/creams you are only fighting the effects.
Instead of stopping the cause.
My Point is,
If you don't stop the cause of your cystic, then how do you ever expect it to stop forming?

What's Causing Your Cystic Acne on Your Chin?

The cause is that your immune system isn't nearly as strong as it should be.
That's what causes cystic acne.
Acne is just a basic bacterial infection.
No matter the type.
I know it might sound simple, but it's a fact.
It happens when your immune system doesn't have enough strength to defend your skin cells from begin attacked.
It's simply our evolution and the way our bodies interact with the billions of bacteria living on our skin.
100% of us are Acne prone – that doesn't mean we all have acne.
It means that if our immune system are depleted or lower than they should be, the doors to infection are swung wide open.
During a skin infection like acne - your skin begins overproducing sebum.
Pushing this excess sebum out through your pores is your body's way of getting rid of it.
WHEN SEBUM GETS PUSHED OUT THROUGH YOUR PORES - IT FORMS PIMPLES (ACNE)

So How Do You Stop The Cause of Your Cystic Acne?

Antioxidants are the key from my own experience.
They are the strength and fuel of your immune system.
Your body needs them to stop acne, or any other infection.
Look at the picture below to see what happens when you have a bad immune system.
Your skin cells are literally ATTACKED.
The only way your body can heal is by trapping the bacteria and pushing it out through your skin (creating a pimples).
The phagocyte below is actually a complex term for pus (the stuff inside whiteheads).

I know it sounds hard to believe, but it's the truth
There are two ways of obtaining them.
I do both ways. But the 2nd way is much more effective.

The 1st Way:

The 1st way is eating a few vegetables every day.
And in a few months you'll start noticing a change – clearly this isn't the best (or fastest way), but it's still helps.
Your diet is HIGHLY connected to your acne.
The only downside is that it just takes so long to see any VISIBLE results.
Just because you can't see it working within a few weeks doesn't mean that it's not doing something.
It might take a while to see, but once your body is strong enough to defend itself against outside threats (like bacteria), it won't need to make pimples because the threat will be neutralized.
You don't know it, but your cells and their communication systems work like the most organized military squad you could ever imagine.
They literally have the ability to defend your body against 99% of the stuff you come into contact with on a daily basis.
Here's the catch though - you need to give them the RIGHT fuel (meaning nutrients from nutrient-rich diets)
The only reason it takes so long to see a difference is because your immune system didn't get this way overnight.
It took years of dieting without enough nutrients (specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants).
Remember that vegetables are KEY if you want to go this route.

The 2nd Way - or (the fastest way) to clear your cystic acne on chin or in general -  is with an oral antioxidant treatment.

These type of treatments are generally newer, and they've been taking over the acne world for the past 2 years.
Only a few companies make them right now.
But Murad makes one also, and it's cheaper (but not nearly as strong).
So it's really depends on what you prefer.
The reason these are so much more effective than a prescription is because they're the first treatment to address the real cause of acne.
Plus they work much faster than antibiotics (which I really love).

In Conclusion

Let me put it this way, if I knew about these treatments 2 years ago, I wouldn't have been popping pimples every morning for the past 2 years.
I wouldn't have been tortured by cystic acne everyday.
It's still frustrating to this day because I could have been clear for the past 2 years had I known about them.
Not to mention all the time I spent looking for treatments during those years.
For about the past 8 months though, I've been entirely acne free.
Just typing that felt weird because I'm still not used to having clear skin.
After struggling for so long, it takes your subconscious time to realize you've been liberated.
Nothing is worse than a subconscious mental burden I can tell you from my experience.
Even if it's just a case of cystic acne on chin or areas surrounding your mouth.
I didn't realize how bad it truly was until my skin began clearing (since I had gotten used to the oppression).
When I noticed how much my face had cleared after the 3rd morning -
It felt like someone had instantly punctured and drained a 50 pound lump of stress in my brain.
It's honestly tough for me to describe the feeling in words.
Even today I still can't help smiling  when I look in a mirror because it reminds me of how my face used to look versus how it looks now.
The feeling is so great that I couldn't even come close to describing it in words, to be completely honest.
All I do now is help others like you in the same position I was, so please don't let my words go to waste.
